Lamberts Vitamin D 400iu provides 10µg of this important nutrient in the preferred D3 form. This is the strength that is being recommended by the Department of Health for the following groups of people:

pregnant and breastfeeding women

all adults over the age of 65 years

anyone not exposed to much sun

These are small, easy to swallow tablets, which are made in the UK to pharmaceutical GMP standards.

Tableted with: Bulking Agents (DiCalcium Phosphate & Cellulose), Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium Stearate).

Storage instructions: To be stored in a cool dry place and protected from light.
