Chromium Complex

This is a one-a-day formula that provides chromium, an essential nutrient that contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. Chromium is an essential nutrient that tends to be depleted from foods by processing and refining and diets low in whole grain cereals may provide inadequate levels of this important trace mineral.

We use an organic form of chromium called chromium picolinate to help ensure maximum absorption and utilisation. Each tablet provides a full 200µg of chromium and our product is manufactured to GMP pharmaceutical standards.

Each tablet also provides high levels of magnesium, a mineral that contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, plus other nutrients known to contribute to the metabolic processes by which the body releases energy from food.

Daily Intake: 1 tablet

• A white coated oval tablet
• Each tablet delivers:
• Chromium GTF (as Picolinate) 200µg Vitamin C 100mg
• Thiamin (Vitamin B1) 5mg Niacin (Vitamin B3) 5mg
• Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 5mg Magnesium (as Hydroxide and Oxide) 300mg
• Zinc (as Citrate) 15mg Copper (as Gluconate) 0.5mg

Tableted With

• Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Glazing Agents: Calcium Carbonate & Isomalt, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Anti-caking Agents (Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide & Magnesium Stearate).

Disintegration Time

• Less than 1 hour.
• Suitable for vegetarians
